SMOTHERED WALLEYE

  • 1 onion, sliced in rings
  • 1 green pepper, sliced in strips
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • Walleye fillets
  • Canadian Steak Seasoning
  • Havarti cheese, shredded

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add sherry. Lay walleye fillets on top of saut�ed vegetables and sprinkle with Canadian steak seasoning. Cover with lid and cook over medium heat until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with Havarti cheese. Cook until melted.

WILD RICE CASSEROLE

  • 1 cuq cup sliced almonds

Saute onion, celery and garlic in butter until tender. Stir into rice. Add soy sauce and almonds. Spread in 9'x13' baking dish. Cover and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.

ORIENTAL SALAD

  • Container of organic mixed salad greens
  • 1 small can of mandarin oranges, drained
  • � cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 package chicken flavored ramen noodles

Dressing:

  • � cup canola
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic

Mix dressing ingredients and microwave just until sugar is dissolved. Combine salad ingredients. Break noodles and sprinkle over top, along with the seasoning packet. Top with mandarin oranges and dressing. Toss and serve immediately.
